Delivery Costs
Our delivery costs vary according to the items you order and are calculated on weight of your total order. Certain postcodes attract an additional fee which will be discussed with you prior to accepting your order. A list of postcodes affected is below.
Most orders are ready to ship within 5 working days and delivery times are according to the delivery method chosen. At seasonal times please allow up to 14 days for your order to be delivered.
Please note weekends & bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Items can be sent white label without invoices or our branding logo.

Penn Printing work tirelessly to produce the highest quality products possible and want all of our customers to be happy. Occasionally things do go wrong and we will work with you to put things right.
We will always check your artwork prior to printing to make sure you get the best result and let you know if any images or designs are not suitable. Click here for more information on why we may reject your images.
Secure Payments
Payment for your order can be done by entering your card details as part of the ordering process via our card processing portal handled by Stripe. Please note some banks require an authorisation process.
You may also use PayPal to complete your purchase. Simply click on the PayPal checkout and you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal payment system.
We also accept bank transfer/ cheques. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Once your order is complete and paid, you will receive a confirmation or receipt.
