We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll help you out.
As per UK Law you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 working days after the day you received your order. This does not apply to certain items such as personalised gifts, prints or customised items. To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.
In order to minimise errors or disappointment, it is very important that you check all details including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as well as sizes at the point of placing the order. All orders are checked by a human for quality reassurance but Penn Printing cannot be held responsible for customer errors.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP on 01902 918997 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and providing the item has not already been sent for production we can look to make the required alterations.
For non-personalised items please get in touch to cancel your order and we’ll refund your order excluding any delivery charges once we have received back the item in the same unused condition we sent it in and with all original packaging still intact.
If you’re unhappy with your item, please return it within 14 days to receive a refund, not including the initial postage charge. This does not apply to personalised items where there is an error made that was not a fault of ours or the item has not been cared for in your possession. If the item is faulty, we will also refund the returns postage as well as the relevant initial postage charge (if any).
Please send your item(s) back in their original packaging, to the following address, including any invoice/order form to help us identify your order and include the reason for return. You must contact us before returning an item.

Please note that items are still your responsibility until it reaches us and returns postage cost shall be borne by you, unless the item is faulty. We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
